2. Return Policy
Zenith Care offers returns under the following clearly defined conditions:

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Legal Proof Clause)
For any claims related to damaged, torn, defective, incorrect, or missing products, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as mandatory proof.
Unboxing Video Guidelines

The video must start before opening the package.

The shipping label

The product being opened and inspected

The video must be continuous, unedited, and uncut.
âť— Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund, even if physical damage is visible in photos.
This requirement exists to prevent fraudulent claims and is strictly enforced.
5. Return Process

6. Refund Policy

Zenith Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any purchased product.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
